I coached a championship game over 5 years ago, well it was more of a battle to not drop into the second division of the National Wheelchair Basketball League in the UK, we played well all game with points up and down the court, it was only in the final 30seconds of the game we dropped to a single point, and this is where I remembered a play form this great playbook collection……
We had one time out left with 0.3seconds on the clock I had remembered an end line play and we draw it up for a 2 point or three-point foul shot under the basketball, the horn went and we set up it was the slowest 3 seconds of my coaching career but the play made it to the play for the final shot of the game the rest, as they say, is history…….
we played championship basketball for the following 4 years till I moved on to an international career overseas.
