So over the Lockdown I have been looking to upskill myself with education on the sports I love, one of the sports that are in my mind & heart is the sport of basketball, I have some may ups and downs as coach of a national league (wheelchair team) to regional and college (running game) programs, but I got to say that I have learned a lot from the DVD, online sessions and book here.
